Responsibilities & Context:
Receive phone calls and respond to customers on social media
Maintain order records, sales data, and client database
Provide product information and handle customer queries/complaints
Coordinate with courier services and manage delivery records
Organize product inventory and maintain vendor/supplier communication
Support the team in boosting overall sales
