1. Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.

Job Timing: 11 : 00 am to 9: 00 pm

• Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database. Handle customers' query, must be capable to manage customers' requirements, complains over phone.
• Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
• Communication with courier service providers and maintain delivery records.
• Support to organize product record, manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
• Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Overall support the team for increasing sales.
• Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
