Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Diploma or Bachelor in any Discipline.

• Diploma or BSc in EEE/CSE/Mechanical Highly preferred.

• At least 3 years

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Preferred experience in Customer Relationship Management.

• At least 2 year on relevant field.

• Good written and typing skill.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in the manner with a positive personality & quick learner.

• Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.

• Should have capability to insure quality customer service.

• Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with brand’s voice and tone.

• Must be knowledgeable about Social Media, Email and web chat.

• Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customers or client.

• Assist Customer effectively by solving customer complain.

• Provide customer additional information or explain service.

• Ensure Customer satisfaction.

• Able to work on live chat, Facebook replies.

• Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.

• 2 Times the Annual festival bonuses (After Probation / Eligibility).
