∎ Age 26 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit uncovered outlets and gap markets regularly within the assigned territory.
∎ Identify and activate new retail points to expand market presence.
∎ Ensure consistent product availability across all designated outlets.
∎ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to avoid out-of-stock situations.
∎ Actively promote the brand and product portfolio to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
∎ Educate retailers and channel partners about product features and benefits.
∎ Ensure effective and attractive product display in retail outlets to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Monitor and maintain planograms and promotional materials.
∎ Plan and propose Quarter Promotion, Discount, and Scheme (QPDS) strategies based on market demand.
∎ Implement and monitor trade promotional activities where required.
∎ Build and strengthen long-term business relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
∎ Act as a liaison between the company and trade partners to resolve issues promptly.
