Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Working closely with the team lead or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
∎ - Maintaining good relationship with existing clients, leads and prospects.
∎ - Establish profitable and sustainable product relationships through identifying and meeting business needs of the existing and potential clients.
∎ - Attending and participating in meetings, workshops and events.
∎ - Should have the mindset to learn new technologies.
∎ - Must have good presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
∎ - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
