Responsibilities & Context:
Only females can apply, so all executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face. Our Office Time (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions. We need to be fluent in English.
Other works assigned by the management.
