∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.

∎ Manage brand presence across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print, ensuring consistency and high standards.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
∎ Lead sales initiatives, identify target markets, and create sales strategies aligned with business goals.
∎ Generate and nurture leads, overseeing sales pipelines from initial contact to project completion.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics and capture new opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the team to craft competitive proposals and respond to client inquiries effectively.
∎ Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention
∎ Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
∎ Build loyalty programs and incentives for repeat customers, driving brand advocacy among high-end clientele.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and manage customer escalations professionally.
∎ Represent Bezpoke at corporate events, client meetings, and trade shows to strengthen our industry presence.
∎ Act as the point of contact for key clients and business partners, ensuring clear communication and professional service.
∎ Monitor key performance metrics and customer insights to refine marketing and sales efforts.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on marketing and sales performance, presenting recommendations for continuous improvement.
