Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executives (Showroom) to join our team. If you have excellent sales skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we’d like to encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote/sale our products (door, furniture, interior services) to individual and corporate clients.

  • Handle customer queries, complains in a professional and timely manner.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.

  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.

  • Note: Showroom Customer Relations Executive’s duty time: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, interested candidates can choose their preferable slot.
