• Should be decent, trustworthy and  pleasant Looking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Skills & Expertise: Customer query management, Customer Relationship Management, Order/Issue Management, Sales & Marketing, Brand Promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sale/promote our services to individual and corporate clients.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.

• Maintain and update customer records and databases.

• Salary: Negotiable
