Dream Touch Architects Limited is a renowned architecture and interior design company in Dhaka. We are seeking  dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relations Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sale/promote our services to individual and corporate clients.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.

  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
