Experience:

• At least 2 years

Bachelor/Master’s Degree in any discipline preferably with Science background

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

Experience and Knowledge:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the area of customer services in any others health care institutions will be considered as an added advantage.
• Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
• Preferred Skills and Expertise:
• Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English.
• Willing to work after office hours/weekends/public holidays if necessary.

• Attends customers by answering required service questions; suggesting information about other services in assigned area.

• Opens customer accounts by recording account information, maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

• Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information & contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Updates himself/herself with full awareness of all services provided on all changes and amendments on service features, procedures and processes.

• Demonstrates vigilance and visible promptness on service delivery with politeness and helping attitude.
