Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01 Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used)
∎ 02 Manage incoming support calls, prioritize issues and accurately and solve. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of all computers for new employees including maintaining standard OS patch level and standard application builds by department
∎ 03 Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ 04 Ensure installation of standard and approved software
∎ 05 Ensure timely first level support
∎ 06 Provide training to end user on IT related subject
∎ 07 Ensure updating records of Servers, workstations, printers/scanners, computer names, staff accounts and locations.
∎ 08 Organise quarterly physical cleaning (With help of cleaning staff) of the computers, printers and scanners to ensure smooth running of the IT systems at all sites.
∎ 09 Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements
∎ 10 Provide IT assistance at local and remote conferences when necessary
∎ 11 Follow the IT policy and SOP to ensure quality of services
∎ 12 Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
