Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01 Staff management & roster monitoring. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
∎ 02 Making Purchase indent to fill medicine requirements
∎ 03 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including prescription logs, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.
∎ 04 Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to medication dispensing and storage.
∎ 05 Urgent local purchase of medicine by informing purchasing dept.
∎ 06 Identify & solve wrong indent
∎ 07 Regular spot inventory checking
∎ 08 Making round with Chief of Clinical Development & Governance to solve various problems on spot
∎ 09 Playing an important role in the skill development & training for new pharmacy staff & nurses
∎ 10 Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.
∎ 11 Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues.
∎ 12 Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
