∎ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compliance Management:
∎ Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and address any areas of non-compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Relations and Compliance, with a proven track record of managing customer interactions and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. She will collaborate directly with the CEO. This role requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience in a similar position, who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to lead and develop a team effectively.
