Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Liaison Officer to manage our service hotline and ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve product- or delivery-related issues, contributing to an exceptional after-sales experience.

  • Manage the service hotline, handling inbound calls from customers.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries.      

  • Address product-related inquiries following the Query Management Guideline.

  • Provide accurate and relevant information to assist and guide customers over the phone.

  • Resolve customer concerns regarding product delivery issues effectively.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery-related queries.

  • Deliver a positive experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.

  • Build rapport and trust with customers by offering empathetic and solution-driven support.
