We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Liaison Officer to manage our service hotline and ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve product- or delivery-related issues, contributing to an exceptional after-sales experience.
Manage the service hotline, handling inbound calls from customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries.
Address product-related inquiries following the Query Management Guideline.
Provide accurate and relevant information to assist and guide customers over the phone.
Resolve customer concerns regarding product delivery issues effectively.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery-related queries.
Deliver a positive experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.
