Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with team for quality Customer Service through Social Media, Email and Calls to ensure positive customer experience.
∎ Able to write scripts as per customer’s interaction to reply within minimum time and document all scripts.
∎ Provide training and guideline to inhouse agents for better service.
∎ Proactively aware/inform customers regarding our products/service.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
∎ Serve customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
∎ Knowledge of the Digital interaction and Service platform.
∎ Knowledge of Digital Project Management and Integration.
∎ Good Knowledge of service procedures and script writing.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Able to perform job functions with minimal supervision and work independently, taking the initiative to make independent decisions, where appropriate.
∎ Good in Communication.
∎ Collaboration & Teamwork.
∎ Team player and Can-do attitude.
