Responsibilities & Context:

∎ • Recruitment and manpower duties / calling companies in English in Europe.
∎ • Assist senior management in developing sales networks and strategies
∎ • Maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
∎ • Identifying new recruitment opportunities via internet
∎ • Developing and maintaining client target lists and information
∎ • Developing internal tools for improving and maintaining databases
∎ • Maintaining client and candidate information.
∎ • Providing support to the senior manager
∎ • Building and maintaining relationship with customers.
∎ • Contract with the policy holders of the company, as well as provide them various policy information. Monitor renewal collection for attaining good result.
∎ • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good speaking Style, Smart talker and attractive voice
