∎ ফোনে ও মেসেজে কাস্টমারের সঙ্গে সুন্দর ও পেশাদার উপায়ে যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা।
∎ কাস্টমার হ্যান্ডলিং-এ ধৈর্যশীলতা ও আগ্রহ থাকা জরুরি।
∎ কম্পিউটার ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া চালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার টাইপিং স্পিড ন্যূনতম ২০ শব্দ প্রতি মিনিট হতে হবে।
∎ Call Center এবং E-commerce Website-এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ সমস্যা দ্রুত সমাধান করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ টিম ওয়ার্ক এবং টাইম ম্যানেজমেন্টে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ফোন কল, ফেসবুক, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, ইনবক্স এবং লাইভ চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারদের সঠিক তথ্য ও সহায়তা প্রদান।
∎ অর্ডার কনফার্ম, ডেলিভারি আপডেট এবং ফলোআপ করা।
∎ কাস্টমারের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
∎ কাস্টমারদের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ অন্যান্য টিম মেম্বারদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
