Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
∎ Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
∎ Provide detailed information about products or services, and guide customers through processes as needed.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
∎ Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and service procedures.
∎ Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
