∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Fluency in English is a must
∎ At least 1 year of experience in any international call center preferably MCA & Janitorial services
∎ Excellent spoken English and listening skills
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing)
∎ Ability to work in a team and under pressure
∎ Willing to work at night

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to/from international customers (mainly USA/Canada/UK).
∎ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in English.
∎ Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
∎ Record call details and update the CRM system.
∎ Meet daily/weekly targets and quality benchmarks.
∎ Follow call scripts and company guidelines.

∎ Work Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
∎ Work Days: Monday to Friday (USA/UK business hours)
