∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Accurately input and manage data in internal systems.
∎ Verify and analyze data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries promptly and professionally.
∎ Work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Continuously improve knowledge through training and performance feedback.
