∎ Strong leadership and communication skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
∎ Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for timely resolution and satisfaction.
∎ Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
∎ Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services.
∎ Answer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and handle orders and transactions.
∎ Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
∎ Develop personalized customer interactions to foster loyalty and retention.
∎ Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer profiles.
∎ Monitor customer data within CRM systems to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Generate reports on customer satisfaction levels, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators.
∎ Collect customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions.
∎ Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and implement necessary changes to enhance customer experience.
