Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process online orders daily and coordinate with warehouse/delivery partners for timely dispatch
∎ Track order status, update customers, and ensure on-time delivery
∎ Handle return/exchange requests as per company policy
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via messages, calls, and email
∎ Monitor stock levels and sync with warehouse
∎ Prepare daily reports on orders, deliveries, and stock
∎ Work with the marketing team for product promotions and flash deals
