∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Candidates must have experience of 1year or above. Also if you are a fresher from an English medium background with a natural English accent then you are encouraged to join us!
∎ Confidence, punctuality & consistency is appreciated & will always have advantage in this sector.
∎ confidence in speaking ability & sales ability will get a plus.
∎ Experienced in AUS & USA campaign will are preferred
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge such as Excel, Spreadsheet, Notes, etc.
∎ Able to work morning shifts starting from 8AM to 2:30PM Monday to Friday (1:15PM for Friday)

∎ Representative is responsible call potential prospects to schedule an appointment while addressing customers concerns also documenting their feedback, reactions & information.
∎ You need to understand Customer requirements to be able to close the call.
∎ Representatives who has excellent English communication skill and good sales ability will get highest priority.
∎ Representative must be coachable and able to work 5 days a week, 8AM to 2:30 Monday - Friday ( upto 1:15PM )
