∎ Respond to customer queries via phone with professionalism and empathy.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and composure.
∎ Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
∎ Maintain customer records and update necessary databases.
∎ Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
