Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from any recognized University. Diploma/Degree in Environment Management and Sustainable Development will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ AUDIT COMPANY MANAGEMENT:
∎ Supervise the booking of exact date of audit, audit scheduling, report accuracy and send the conclusion (CAP, letter) to the quality and Production Manager.
∎ Work on new audit/control methodology (benchmark....)
∎ TRAINING:
∎ Set up training documents for internal and external use
∎ Train and assess the service providers selected
∎ Train the suppliers on general or specific compliances
∎ EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND SPECIFIC PROJECTS:
∎ In charge of being the local contact regarding the program of improvement of workers welfare in vendor's factories; INFANS program (Cooperation with FIDH & Other Local NGO's)
∎ SOLVING PROBLEM AND SPECIFIC SUPPORT:
∎ Analysis of the sub-contractors and support quality team for action plan implementation.
∎ REPORTING:
∎ Ensure the reporting necessary to communicate all along Carrefour supply chain.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the field of factory Audit on Social, Environment and REACH issues at least one year.
∎ Fluency in English, Spanish and French are mandatory for daily work and Strong Communication Skills.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and extensive factory visit
∎ Good communication and presentation skills (mode of communication in English, Spanish and French)
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power point , etc.)
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive, and positive
∎ Proficiency in other Language will be an added advantage.
