Responsibilities & Context:
Uptec Digital is a fast-growing creative outsourcing company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We provide premium photo editing, video editing, D modeling, and digital marketing services to global clients.
We are looking for a *Creative Production Manager cum Project Coordinator* who can efficiently manage international client communications, task coordination, production workflows, and on-time project delivery.
If you have strong leadership skills, experience in managing creative teams, and fluency in English, this is your chance to be part of a global creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with *international clients* to understand project briefs and requirements.
- Create detailed task lists and assign them to *in-house production teams (Photo, Video, 3D, Digital Marketing).
- Monitor project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality output.
- Coordinate workload between different teams and handle project pipeline efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of projects, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Share final deliverables with clients, ensuring packaging and presentation are up to standard.
- Prepare and manage *invoices* for completed projects.
- Provide regular updates and handle client feedback or issues proactively.
- Support workflow improvements and suggest process enhancements.
- Maintain deep understanding of creative services like photo editing, video editing, digital marketing, and 3D design.
