∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Fluency in English – only apply if you can communicate effectively and persuasively with Foreign clients.
∎ Must be Willing to work at any shift( Morning, evening, Night)
∎ Should be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal & communication skills with leadership qualities.
∎ Need to work under Pressure.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Excellent customer service and sales skills.
∎ Knowledge of online marketing and an understanding of marketing channels.
∎ Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ The applicants should have primary-level experience in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
∎ Good command of both verbal and written English.
∎ Good Knowledge of Internet Browsing.
∎ Must have good Knowledge of Email Communications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Connect with potential clients.
∎ Explain UpTec's value proposition, focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and confidentiality.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and book demos.
∎ Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
∎ Call our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
∎ Follow up with customers regularly.
∎ Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.
∎ Create daily reports.
∎ We are looking for a Young, Energetic, Target-Oriented, Self-Motivated, and persuasive marketer to join our team.
