• Must have a Good portfolio that shows applicants works properly.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D animation, preferably with a focus on character or cinematic animation.
• Advanced proficiency in Blender (rigging, modeling, animation, shading, rendering).
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch, anticipation, follow-through).
• Experience in working on full animation pipelines: from concept to final render.
• Strong eye for motion, posing, expression, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to different artistic styles based on project needs.
• Comfortable with feedback and working in collaborative environments using tools like Trello, Notion, ShotGrid, or similar.

• Animate characters, creatures, props, and environments using Blender with a focus on storytelling, realism, and fluidity.
• Create rigs for humanoid and non-humanoid models using Blender’s rigging systems (Rigify, custom rigs, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with concept artists, modelers, designers, and directors to understand the animation requirements of each project.
• Interpret storyboards and animatics to deliver polished sequences with compelling movement and timing.
• Apply lighting and rendering skills to generate final animated outputs (Eevee or Cycles).
• Maintain project timelines and meet deadlines while keeping quality high.
• Participate in feedback sessions and proactively implement revisions.
• Optimize 3D assets and animations for various platforms (web, mobile, real-time engines).
