∎ 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
∎ Proficiency in design and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing work.
∎ Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of social media trends and how to optimize visual content for engagement.
∎ Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
∎ Expertise in using AI.
∎ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap cut).
∎ Experience in creating engaging and high-quality videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Strong understanding of video formats, color grading, sound design, and animation.
∎ Shoot professional video (in-house).
∎ Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
∎ Experience creating visual assets like logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.
∎ A strong eye for aesthetics and design principles.
∎ Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) and trends.
∎ Experience with social media strategy, content creation and posting schedules.
∎ Understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Insights etc.) to track and improve performance.
∎ Knowledge of SEO to ensure content reaches the right audience.
