Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the product managers to produce new ideas for product specific and corporate branding, promotional campaigns, and all sorts of marketing communications.
∎ Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest creative execution techniques.
∎ 2D motion graphics and 2D static content design for digital media, Key Visual (KV), development for all channel promotional materials.
∎ Supervise the department's daily workflow and deliverables, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines of subordinates.
∎ Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
∎ Direct and motivate teams of designers, photographers, illustrators, copywriters/content writers, video editors etc. to help them meet their deadlines.
∎ Supervision, development and delivery of Static/dynamic/motion graphic 2D design works, AV editing and of all sorts of post-production task.
∎ Supervision, development and delivery of all sorts of printing and outdoor branding/OOH design development works.
∎ Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.
