Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from reputed university (DU, NSU,EWU & BRAC)
∎ Diploma / Certificate course in Fine Arts & Graphic Design will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising Agency, Graphics Design, printing and packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Knowledge about Adobe's Creative Suite- including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe In Design, Animation, Motion (2D & 3D), Video editing & Adobe Photoshop, or any other Design & animation software.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Create brochure / poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
∎ Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge related to Printing, Press and Packaging
∎ Able to determine costing of Printing items
∎ Understand the needs and requirements of our clients
∎ Ensure Delivery Processes are efficient and cost effective
∎ Conduct evaluations and take steps to correct deficiencies
∎ To ensure desired level of product quality
∎ Monitoring production timescales and schedules as necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in printing press design is preferable
∎ Understanding the work instruction.
∎ Being able to work with a team.
∎ Willing to work at any shift
