What You’ll Be Doing (Multitask Across the Agency):
You’ll support and learn across different areas:
Graphic Design & Branding
Design social media posts, stories, banners, thumbnails
Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Express, or others
Video Editing & Reels
Assist in creating reels, shorts, motion content
Work with clips, captions, transitions using professional video editing software and AI tools.
Content Writing & Copywriting
Write posts, ads, blogs, and brand messaging
Communicate in both Bengali & English
Social Media & Trend Work
Help brainstorm trendy content ideas
Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube trends
SEO & Smart Marketing
Learn the basics of SEO, keyword research, optimization
Support content that ranks and performs
Tech & AI Tools
Operate ChatGPT, image tools, AI assistants, content generators
Research new tools and apply smart workflows in daily tasks
Team & Client Collaboration
Join meetings, share ideas, support team members
Help with research, organizing, and internal communication
