• 1-3+ years of professional experience (agency experience is a plus)
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social media design, and campaign visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/AI design tools
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding principles
• Creativity, confidence, and excellent attention to detail
• A passion for storytelling and thinking differently
• Bonus: Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

What You’ll Do

• Design stunning visuals for social media, websites, brand identities, campaigns, and presentations

• Collaborate with our content, strategy, and marketing teams to turn concepts into compelling designs

• Repurpose existing content into modern and engaging formats (posts, stories, banners, reels thumbnails, etc.)

• Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Work on multiple brands across industries with creative freedom

• Help shape the visual identity of Think Creative and our clients
