Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Occupational Therapy/ Masters of Social work or graduate in science/Arts with diploma course in Psychology

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct an initial needs assessment of every adolescent and prepare a case history report jointly with the Center Manager/Training Officer as soon as they are enrolled in MPCs for vocational trade courses.
∎ Develop trauma-informed therapeutic and treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs and ensure the treatment to each beneficiary during their stay in the MPCs.
∎ Provide counseling to the families and the communities of the adolescents for smooth reintegration in the camp and the community level.
∎ Maintain personal profile of each boy and girls and ensure keeping appropriate records of assessment, support, and services provided with, follow-up updates, results, case closure, etc.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up and monitoring of each individual boys and girls and measure their improvements regular basis by interview, test results, observation, etc. and keep proper records either through apps or databases.
∎ Prepare fortnightly updates of each boy and girls and prepare a brief combined report of all clients.
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual narrative reports on the provided services in line with the project inputs, outputs, and impacts.
∎ Prepare success stories of the individual cases, lessons learned, and good practice bi-annual basis.
∎ Develop counseling materials and contents (flipchart, poster, etc.) in line with the requirements of the services, and complete content and module to follow to provide psychosocial counseling.
∎ Maintain strong collaboration with related government and non-government stakeholders both at camp and host community level.
∎ Maintain proper discretion and confidentiality of each boy and girl client, build trust with them, their families, peers, and community.
∎ Evaluate the results of counseling methods to determine the reliability and validity of treatments bi-annually.
∎ Ensure high standards in financial and logistics management to meet accountability and transparency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in providing psychosocial counseling in any reputed organization.
∎ Working experiences with the most vulnerable people like traumatized persons, children, physically challenged people, survivors of sexual abuse or exploitation, etc. will get priority.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in liaising, communicating, and engaging with colleagues and external audiences.
∎ Pro-activeness and leadership capacity, extrovert, and ability to work with diverse teams.
∎ Excellent oral and written skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to meet the deadline and work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
∎ Self-starter, proactive, positive, and target-oriented.
∎ The capability of working in challenging and demanding situations.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Able to manage multiple priorities/ multitasking
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
