Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities of Counselor (Australia and New Zealand).
1.Handle inbound telephone inquiries and provide accurate responses.
2.Regularly follow up with prospective leads and convert them into applications.
3.Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their interests, profiles, and career goals.
4.Provide career counseling and recommend pathways to help students achieve their aspirations.
5. Act as the first point of contact, ensuring students feel informed, supported, and comfortable.
6.Stay updated on academic policies, admission requirements, and administrative procedures of international partner institutions.
7.Remain knowledgeable about student visa processes and immigration policies for Australia & New Zealand.
8.Promote UniGlobal’s services and partner universities through both online and offline channels.
9.Collect and verify student documents, and hand them over to the designated officials for admission and visa processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
10.Contribute to achieving organizational student recruitment targets and objectives.
11.Identify potential issues and resolve them, or escalate to the line manager when necessary.
12.Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports for management.
13.Safeguard organizational confidentiality and ensure proper handling of student information and property.
14.Participate in professional development programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

- Festival Bonus: 2 Apart from the fixed salary, performance-based incentives will be offered, linked to successful admissions and visa approvals. These incentives will range from BDT 2,000 to BDT 8,000 per student, depending on the destination country.
