Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Clinical Psychology from any government approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide psychosocial support to survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation at institutional level and initiate case management.
∎ Assess the situation of survivors and develop necessary plan as well as action to provide counselling support e.g individual, group and family counselling.
∎ Prepare report, maintain registers, counseling records or data, etc.
∎ Facilitate survivors to enhance their level of motivation, encourage having participation in life skills, skill development training, and enhancement of ability to engage in better livelihood option.
∎ Career planning and support survivors to succeed in their roles through close supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
∎ Maintain liaison with government departments, local administration, counter trafficking committees, Technical Training Center, District Employment and Manpower Office, law enforcement agency, journalists, Victim Support Center, lawyers and other stakeholders.
∎ Conduct field visit and participate in different meetings at union, upazila and district level.
∎ Establish and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines and report to the supervisor.
∎ Share the accumulated information with other staffs to take intervention strategies to provide best possible services to the survivors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of working experience in Case Management/Psycho-social Counseling/Information Management/Training in the development organization.
∎ Training in Case Management, Counseling, Entrepreneurship Development, Management Information Systems (MIS) will be treated as extra quality.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy, community mobilization and referral.
∎ Consultative and collaborative approach to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder, beneficiaries and surivors.
