∎ A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs;
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla. English and Computer literacy skills will be an advantage.
∎ Experience of working with disadvantaged & traumatized children independently with skilled teams.
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities, local government/elected representatives, service providers and institutions.
∎ Good team working skills.
∎ Disseminate training to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The persons will also be responsible for maintaining case management records of all children.
∎ He/she will also make family visits to the homes of children who are victims/at risk of trafficking/exploitation/abuse to provide counselling to parents.
∎ They will regularly update the information in the children’s individual files and provide case studies.
∎ They will maintain counselling files and keep all documentation strictly confidential.
∎ The persons (1 in Dhaka and 1 in Jamalpur) will be responsible to provide counselling to safe shelter and non-institutional children in the safe shelters.
∎ The persons will also be responsible for maintaining case management records of all children.
∎ He/she will also make family visits to the homes of children who are victims/at risk of trafficking/exploitation/abuse to provide counselling to parents.
∎ They will regularly update the information in the children’s individual files and provide case studies.
∎ They will maintain counselling files and keep all documentation strictly confidential.
∎ Duration: 17 Months
