Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell IELTS courses to prospective candidates by understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions
∎ Assist and guide students through the IELTS registration process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
∎ Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to convert leads into enrollments
∎ Maintain strong relationships with students and walk-in clients to build trust and encourage referrals
∎ Explain course features, benefits, and timelines clearly to help students make informed decisions
∎ Follow up with potential leads regularly to maximize conversion and maintain a strong sales pipeline
∎ Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align messaging and student support
∎ Maintain accurate records of student data, inquiries, and registration status using internal CRM systems
∎ Meet monthly sales targets set by the management and contribute to overall team goals
∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam guidelines and course offerings to provide accurate information
