Additional Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in UK higher education consultancy (MUST).
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of UK educational system and requirements.
- Strong writing skills with hands-on experience in SOP writing.
- Fluent in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel and guide students seeking higher education opportunities in the UK.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, and academic programs.
- Assist students in preparing application documents, including SOPs and personal statements, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK universities, courses, scholarships, and admission criteria.
- Support students throughout the application process, from inquiry to final enrollment.
- Handle student queries professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive counseling experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, guardians, and partner institutions.
- Achieve set counseling and enrollment targets within deadlines.
