Experience:

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction.

• Ability to read onstruction and substation drawings.

• Familiarity with cost management during the construction phases.

• Capable of settlement auditing and familiar with the standards for PWD.

• Good at writing and speaking English.

• Responsible for calculating the quantities of each sub-project based on the approved drawings and listing the calculation process for each item submit the completed bill of quantities to employer.

• During the construction phase, review the progress payments for each sub-project construction and issue progress payment documents.

• Verify change items in the construction process and provide reasonable price for missing items in payment application of subcontractor through market research.

• Conduct final completion settlement reviews and issue settlement documents.
