∎ B. Com/ BBA in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure properly inventory counting and keep consistency between software data and physical existence of the inventory.
∎ Identify the areas of cost savings, make analytical review and persuade to control and upgrade fair reporting on process/Batch wise wastage as well as reuse of wastage items in the current batch/process.
∎ Preparing Considering Activity Based Costing (ABC) and relevant batch/Process costing for regular use as well as doing costing for contending in tenders and support to sales team providing it.
∎ Ensuring sales incentive/commissions on time.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation and ensure all adjustment and reconciliation of Bank Loan, interest, C&F advance and others for smooth month closing and preparing monthly, quarterly and Yearly accounts preparation interest and loan of LTR, LC Landed cost and others Bank issues)
∎ Ensuring purchase related all working like as WO, RN, VAT & AIT and others related issues.
∎ Costing for different reports e.g., ABC costing, breakeven, product cost, period cost, marginal cost absorption cost, relevant cost, cost volume profit analysis, inventory management, FIFO technique, weighted average, Process costing, budget costing, tender/job costing etc.
∎ ROI (return on investment) calculate for product and project.
∎ Ensure accounting transactions inputs on-time basis and check closing of accounts and review the accounting data to ensure accuracy and IFRS compliance.
∎ Ensure 360 degrees performance budgeting and prepare preparation along with dashboard as per guideline of GCFO.
∎ Prepare sales and production planning and circulate to COO/CMO and GCFO as per requirement.
∎ Analysis of budget Vs actual deviations with adequate reasoning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ ICMAB Qualified
∎ knowledge of Financial reporting & Budgeting
∎ Advance Microsoft Excel
