We Require

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, digital communications, ог employee engagement roles

  • Proven experience managing corporate-level social media channels for large or complex organisations

  • Experience with intranet platforms and digital employee communication tools

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms

  • Exposure to change and transformation communication in multi-location or matrix organisations

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders

  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

  • Analytical mindset with experience using engagement and social metrics to guide decisions

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ACI Group's internal communications strategy to drive alignment, engagement, and shared understanding

  • Own and manage internal communication platforms, including the One ACI Intranet, internal newsletters, eBlasts, and digital signage

  • Lead internal storytelling initiatives such as People of ACI, highlighting employee stories, achievements, and moments of impact

  • Plan and manage leadership communication moments, including quarterly townhalls, all-staff sessions, and brand connect forums

  • Provide communication guidance and messaging support to senior leaders to ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence

  • Own the strategy, creation, and management of ACI's Group-level corporate social media channels (e.g., Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Define the role, narrative pillars, and editorial direction of corporate social media, distinct from Business Unit marketing channels

  • Lead content planning and storytelling for Group platforms, including leadership thought leadership, culture, impact, and corporate milestones

  • Establish feedback loops, analytics, and dashboards to measure employee engagement and social media effectiveness

  • Use insights from internal and external audiences to inform communication strategy and leadership messaging
