5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, digital communications, ог employee engagement roles
Proven experience managing corporate-level social media channels for large or complex organisations
Experience with intranet platforms and digital employee communication tools
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms
Exposure to change and transformation communication in multi-location or matrix organisations
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
Analytical mindset with experience using engagement and social metrics to guide decisions

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement ACI Group's internal communications strategy to drive alignment, engagement, and shared understanding
Own and manage internal communication platforms, including the One ACI Intranet, internal newsletters, eBlasts, and digital signage
Lead internal storytelling initiatives such as People of ACI, highlighting employee stories, achievements, and moments of impact
Plan and manage leadership communication moments, including quarterly townhalls, all-staff sessions, and brand connect forums
Provide communication guidance and messaging support to senior leaders to ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence
Own the strategy, creation, and management of ACI's Group-level corporate social media channels (e.g., Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube)
Define the role, narrative pillars, and editorial direction of corporate social media, distinct from Business Unit marketing channels
Lead content planning and storytelling for Group platforms, including leadership thought leadership, culture, impact, and corporate milestones
Establish feedback loops, analytics, and dashboards to measure employee engagement and social media effectiveness
Use insights from internal and external audiences to inform communication strategy and leadership messaging
