• টেলি-কমিনেকেশন/সরাসরি পণ্য বিক্রয় করার (নুন্যতম ৩ বছর) অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• সময়-জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।

• টিম-ওয়ার্ক করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• প্রতিনিয়ত বাজারের সাথে আপডেট থেকে নতুন সেলস টেকনিক ব্যবহারের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

• ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা অনুসারে পণ্য বিক্রির মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:

কর্পোরেট অফিসে বসে, ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্ট কনভিন্স করে কৃষি পণ্য বিক্রয় করতে হবে। কোম্পানির নিজস্ব মার্কেটিং রয়েছে। সুতরাং নতুন করে মার্কেটিং করতে হবে না।

• পণ্য সম্পর্কে ক্লায়েন্টকে সঠিক তথ্য জানানো এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করতে হবে।

• নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে ক্লায়েন্টকে পণ্য বুঝে পেতে এবং মুল্য পরিশোধ করতে সাহায্য করতে হবে।

• ডেলিভারি সেকশন এর সাথে সমন্বয় রাখতে হবে।

Job Other Benifits:

• প্রাথমিক ৩ মাস শিক্ষানবিশ পিরিয়ডে সর্বসাকুল্যে= ১৮,০০০/-

• ৩ মাস পর চাকুরি স্থায়ী হলে, বেতন ৩০,০০০ টাকা হবে।
