Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a Corporate Sales manager who will be responsible for growing our Corporate Sales Teams (Modern Trade, HORECA and B2B) with the aim of developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with our sales persons on lead generation. The person will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of the salespeople.
∎ The person has to Ensure sales (Bulk) target achievement by maximizing business growth, revenue, increase number of potential party and cover maximum market areas in order to attain positive return.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Seek ways to better promote the business, the product line and service.
∎ Sales target achievement Capability and Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
∎ Analyze and adapt with new marketing polices & procedure.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Bulk / Trading sales activities to achieve sales target of assigned departments.
∎ Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
∎ Organizing regular field visits to demonstrate, establish new business & product to the prospective clients.
∎ Ensure on time report submission as per the requirement of Management.
∎ Identifying our potential customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
∎ Other tasks given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Currently experienced in reputed group of company's corporate department employees will get preference.
∎ Experience in similar role will ensure competitive advantage.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
∎ Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
