  • Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales will be preferred.
  • Applicants having hands on experience in the b2b sales will be preferred.
  • Must be proactive, smart, self-motivated.
  • Must have aggressive selling attitude.
  • Should have skill in business communication.
  • Should have good presentation skill.
  • Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure Should be good in written & spoken English.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Scout the market to generate leads for potential clients within assigned territory.

  • To ensure segment wise Sales like Promotional, Packaging, Industrial, NGO, Tender & Pharmaceuticals.

  • Follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers. Win back lost accounts by offers.

  • Maintain relationship with Key Contact Person (KCP), Key Decision Maker (KDM) and general users through different activities on a need basis.

  • Will also be responsible preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and respective department properly.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

  • Will be responsible to visit extensively customers point to build and maintain good relationship.

  • Prepare and submit daily sales activity report in the prescribed format.

  • The candidates will have to work in the Corporate Sales & Marketing team.

  • Find out new customer, Build and maintain strong customer relationships specially pharmaceuticals companies promotional items sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
