• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Serve as their primary contact—understand their needs and offer tailored garment solutions.

• Provide after-sales support to maintain high client satisfaction and repeat orders.

• Handle objections or custom requests effectively.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.

• Coordinate seamlessly between the head office, production facility, and retail outlets.

• Ensure timely order delivery and proper documentation.

• Conduct client visits to show samples, discuss needs, and secure orders.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and buyer meetings to generate leads.

• Maintain client databases, schedule diaries, order trackers, and follow-up reminders.

• Keep records of visits, proposals, feedback, and sales performance.

• Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
