Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Serve as their primary contact—understand their needs and offer tailored garment solutions.
Provide after-sales support to maintain high client satisfaction and repeat orders.
Handle objections or custom requests effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
Coordinate seamlessly between the head office, production facility, and retail outlets.
Ensure timely order delivery and proper documentation.
Conduct client visits to show samples, discuss needs, and secure orders.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and buyer meetings to generate leads.
Maintain client databases, schedule diaries, order trackers, and follow-up reminders.
Keep records of visits, proposals, feedback, and sales performance.
Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
