Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing will get preference.

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations related to advertising.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for key clinical service lines.

  • Manage and uphold the hospital`s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, internal, external).

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with clinical department heads to understand service differentiators and develop targeted promotional plans.

2. Internal & Corporate Communications:

  • Support internal communication initiatives to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the hospital`s mission and key updates.

  • Connect with different Corporate and Business Organizations to sign bilateral agreements for enhancing hospital business goal.

  • Follow up and regular communication with all the organization’s under MoU to attract and enhance patient flow to hospital

  • Generate a broadsheet to provide patient flow feedback and any other relevant issues

  • Assist in the production of corporate materials, including annual reports, community benefit reports, and executive presentations.

  • Regularly consult with Departmental Head and prepare a plan about corporate business development.

3. Campaign Management & Analytics:

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis.

  • Track marketing ROI for various initiatives and prepare regular reports for leadership on campaign performance and market trends.

  • Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects and campaigns.

4. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, accurate content for various platforms (blog articles, patient testimonials, videos, press releases).

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for patient education, community outreach, and service promotion.

  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics (web traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
