Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ F&B Operations Manager oversees the short-and long-term planning for all food and beverage operations in all branches. Manages front- and back-of-house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.
∎ Daily independent duties include developing & reviewing entire existing F&B operations and quality policies, inspecting workplace for improvements and identify any areas of concern, investigating customer complaints and preparing reports to the management.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
∎ Establish training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture.
∎ Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
∎ Take proper steps to formulate and implement all necessary rules and regulations that relate to F&B activity in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with Executive Chef, Group Head Chef and Branch Manager to ensure proper services, proper recipes, and food quality, quantity and tastes remain at standard level for all times at all branches.
∎ Schedule field testing and performance QC inspections.
∎ Perform duty as internal auditor and field focal point to eliminate all conflicting points that may be identified by the X-group management team, Food Safety Authority, Mobile team etc.
∎ To provide leadership, counseling, advice and feedback to their peers.
∎ Perform any other duties as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 12-15 years practical work experience at corporate level in reputed Chinese/Thai Restaurants/Hotels in relevant position.
∎ Must be experienced in Thai/Chinese Restaurants at corporate level.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart, physically fitness and age should not exceed 45.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
