Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from Govt. Approved National, Private or Public University.

  • Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality from any reputed Govt. Approved Educational Institution will get preference.

  • The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels in relevant position.

  • Must be experienced in Thai/Chinese Restaurant.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.

  • Good looking, smart and physically fitness.

  • Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.

  • Courteous & efficient telephone manner.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.

  • Must have basic computer knowledge.

  • Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, property appearance and cost control.

  • Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.

  • Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including Chinese Thai, Traditional cuisine etc.

  • Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.

  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.

  • Assist in staff’s recruitment, promotion and punishment.

  • Continuously develop guest relations and staff’s skill.

  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations & respond to customer queries and complaints.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health & safety environment.

  • Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.

  • Maintain liaison with various government authorities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
