  • The applicants should have minimum 10 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels in relevant position.

  • Must be experienced in F & B operations at Thai/Chinese Restaurant.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.

  • Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.

  • Ability to use different software.

  • Must have basic computer knowledge.

  • Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervision of Accounts section & Admin functions to regularize day-to-day business.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization`s goals and objectives.

  • Creating and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance analysis & responsible for achieving financial targets.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

  • Research & Develop Strategy for smooth operations of business & market expansion.

  • Applied different strategy to maximize profit & minimize cost.

  • Regularly monitor & audit different departments & Branches.

  • Supervision, guidance and cooperating with different departments & Branches.

  • Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.

  • Different problems solving & provide right decision & suggestions at the right time.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety work environment.

  • Maintain liaison with various government authorities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
